Charles Leclerc (Ferrari) set the pace in Practice 1 at the Hungarian Grand Prix, with a best lap of 1:19.075, 0.484s quicker than Max Verstappen. Lewis Hamilton was third, 0.543s off the top.

Ferrari, Red Bull Racing and Mercedes filled the top of the order, with the top 10 covered by 1.791s and five drivers within a second of the fastest time.
